Online Refund Policy

  • Customers can ask for a refund for online payment within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days no refund request will be entertained.
  • Refunds cant be possible on change of mind. To cancel the order, you can contact our customer care representative on our helpline number 0306-0762750
  • If the customer hasn’t received his/her order, they can contact us on our helpline 0306-0762750 within 24 hours for their online payments/refunds or proceeding.
  • Payment made via bank card will be refunded on the customer bank account only. No cash refund will be provided for online payments.
  • Once the refund has been processed it will be reflected back on the customer account within 7-14 working days.
  • After 7-14 working days you may ask your bank for a refund to be reflected back on your account.
